Dispensing & Refund Policy

At Vendoge , we aim to provide a seamless, smart retail experience. Because our business involves the immediate physical dispensing of goods from automated kiosks, standard e-commerce shipping and return policies do not apply.

Delivery & Dispensing Policy

  • No Physical Shipping: Vendoge does not ship or deliver products to residential or business addresses.
  • Instant Dispensing: “Delivery” occurs instantly at the physical Vendoge kiosk location upon successful payment via UPI. Once the machine dispenses the item into the collection tray, the delivery is deemed complete.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of the food, beverages, and retail items sold, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, or post-purchase dissatisfaction.

Exceptions for Refunds:

Refunds are strictly limited to technical failures of the Vendoge kiosk. You are eligible for a 100% refund ONLY if:

  1. Your bank/UPI app successfully deducted the payment, AND
  2. The Vendoge kiosk encountered a mechanical error and completely failed to dispense your selected product.

How to Claim a Refund for a Machine Failure:

If a machine fails to dispense your item after deducting your money, please follow these steps within 48 hours of the transaction:

  1. Email our support team at support@vendoge.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7489200001.
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Kiosk Location (e.g., “City Gym, Main Branch”)
    • Date and Time of the transaction
    • Exact amount deducted and UPI Transaction ID (or a screenshot of the payment receipt)
    • The item you attempted to purchase.

Once verified against our machine’s internal telemetry and AI logs, approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
