By accessing the Vendoge website or purchasing items from any Vendoge smart kiosk, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Acceptance of Terms

A. Service Description

Vendoge operates automated smart retail kiosks (“Vending Machines”) placed in various locations (universities, hospitals, gyms, corporate spaces). We sell packaged snacks, beverages, and other retail items.

B. User Conduct at Kiosks

  • Users must follow the instructions displayed on the kiosk screen for purchasing.
  • Any attempt to vandalize, hack, tilt, or forcefully extract items from the machine is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action and civil liability for damages.
  • Vendoge reserves the right to use CCTV footage from host locations (gyms, hospitals, etc.) in the event of theft or vandalism.

C. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices displayed on the kiosk screens or physical tags are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are strictly cashless and processed via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) or supported digital methods.
  • Vendoge is not responsible for network failures on the user’s mobile device or bank-side server downtimes that prevent a transaction from completing.

D. Limitation of Liability

  • Product Information: Vendoge dispenses third-party manufactured products. We are not liable for any allergic reactions, health issues, or defects related to the consumption of these products. Users are advised to read the ingredient labels on the physical products before consumption.
  • Service Interruptions: While we strive for 24/7 availability with our AI-restocking, we do not guarantee that machines will always be fully stocked or operational due to maintenance, power outages, or supply chain delays.

E. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab.
